Greetings and welcome to my web site.

My name is Brad Cowan. I am a professional RF/microwave, electromagnetics, antenna/EM and communication systems engineer with 23 years of experience.  The vast majority of my experience has been in an R&D environment. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987 with courses in electromagetics, fields & waves, microwaves, analog & digital electronics, semiconductor device physics, fiber optic communications, and feedback control systems. In addition, I have taken graduate courses in Fourier analysis, active microwave circuits, antennas, radiowave propagation, and net-enabled electronic warfare at Santa Clara University and Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. I have received numerous employee achievement awards including an award for a CDMA spectral emissions analysis and an award for a Phase Noise vs. Modulation Type analysis. I specialize in modeling, simulation and analysis for antenna, electromagnetics, and RF cascade analysis and/or communication system modeling.

Please review my resume at the link at the top of the page. I would be glad to discuss consulting opportunities. I believe my abilities will prove beneficial to your company’s overall goals.
